Payment & Transaction Policy

Payment methods available for an order are shown at checkout. Availability may vary by order value, product and delivery location.

Online payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Details of the provider are shown at checkout.

Your payment is completed on the provider's secure interface. We do not store complete card details on our systems.

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised and we have accepted the order. You will receive an acknowledgement with your order details.

If a payment fails, the order is not confirmed. Any amount debited for a failed transaction is normally reversed automatically by the bank or payment provider within their standard timeline.

If you are charged more than once for the same order, contact us with the order ID and transaction references. Verified duplicate payments are refunded to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through the same payment provider. Refund timelines are described in our Return & Refund Policy.

If you raise a chargeback, we will respond to your bank with the relevant order and delivery evidence. We ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

We may review orders for signs of fraud or misuse and may cancel an order where a transaction cannot be verified. Any amount already paid on a cancelled order is refunded.

Our website uses HTTPS, and payment data is handled by the payment provider on their own infrastructure.

We do not claim any specific security certification for our own systems. Please refer to the payment provider's published security and compliance information for their standards.
