You may place an order if you are able to enter into a legally binding contract under applicable Indian law. If you are a minor, an order must be placed by a parent or guardian.

We describe our products as accurately as we reasonably can. Product names, descriptions, weights, packaging and images are provided for general guidance.

Agricultural and food products can vary naturally in colour, size, texture, aroma and appearance between batches and seasons. Such variation is normal and is not a defect.

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, withdraw a product or stop selling it at any time without prior notice.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

Applicable taxes are charged as required by law and shown at checkout where applicable. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown before you complete an order.

If a product is listed with an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An acknowledgement of your order does not by itself amount to acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, where information supplied is incorrect, where payment cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraud or misuse. Where an order is cancelled by us after payment, the amount paid will be refunded.

Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider.

Delivery timelines are shared at the time of dispatch and are indicative rather than guaranteed.

Food and agricultural products must be stored and used as indicated on the packaging. Please review the label, ingredient information and best-before date before consumption.

We do not make medical, therapeutic or disease-treatment claims about our products. If you have an allergy, medical condition or dietary restriction, consult a qualified professional before use.

Promotions, coupons and discounts may have their own conditions, may be limited in time or quantity, and may be withdrawn or modified. They cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise.

If you submit reviews, photographs, feedback or other content, you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it in connection with our products and services.
